LEVEL 3: Mike Papers Helping Other People, Explanations This page holds papers that I worked on but that other people published in their names. Sometimes my name appeared and sometimes not. Most people were happy to credit me in some way, and I don't mind if my name did not appear. Usually these were students or were scholars who did not command English well, did not know how to organize and write, or who did not know the published works in a particular subject. Usually I include only the citation, in the form given to me. I did a lot more than appear here. These are only the ones I could remember off the top of my head.
