LEVEL 3: Mike Reports and Documents, Explanations This page holds documents and reports that I did but that weren't published directly under my name. Usually these reports were to agencies or were research summaries for a specific purpose. The most important document on this page is the report that I did for the WWF through Claude Boyd. It is also found in "Field Work". The document was delievered in 2005. Originally it was intended for the use of WWF but that was nearly 10 years ago, so I doubt any harm comes from putting it here. It shows I was active. The document shows that catfish farming could easily get along with the natural environment and social environment. It would be easy to write a set of guidelines for the catfish industry that could be used as the basis for certification and for public record. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The document is also a useful ethnographic snapshot of the catfish industry in West Alabama.
